My review of UFO White is going to be straightforward…just like the beer!
The color: Light orange / golden in color. Typical unfiltered cloudiness.
The head: Plenty!
The smell: Yeasty with a hint of citrus.
The mouth-feel: Bubbly.
Alcohol by volume: 4.8%
The taste: Not surprisingly, it tastes like a UFO with an orange in it. Reminds me of Leinenkugel Sunset Wheat. Do not confuse it with a Belgian White, cuz it’s not!
The summary: Delicious, and easy to drink. Not particularly complex or ujnique, but a good beer nonetheless.
