Cottonwood Low Country Pale Ale

Cottonwood Low Country Pale Ale
Sadly, vacation is more than 2/3 over. BOO! On the bright side, the weather is better, and I’m golfing tomorrow.

Tonight I’m back on the review-wagon, and drinking a couple of bottles of Cottonwood Low Country Pale Ale.

There isn’t a lot to say about the beer. It’s light, hoppy, and just a tid-bit citrusy. It’s well carbonated, and the bubbles look like a science experiment in the pint glass…bubbling up from the bottom of the glass for minutes on end.

Regardless of the non-uniqueness, I found the Low Country very drinkable on a summer evening.
