Weyerbacher Autumn Fest Ale

Weyerbacher Autumn Fest AleJust chillikng tonight. Should DEFINITELY be doing homework, but I’m not. I was always more of a last-minute-homework-doing kind of kid.

This Weyerbacher Autumnfest Ale is strangely intriguing. Tons of head on it to start, but it fizzed away quick. Upon giving it a taste, I realized why: heavy carbonation. In the aroma I got lots of spice, but the taste was quite different. I get a strong flavor of apple and malt. Tart in the aftertaste.

A relatively mild beer, but interesting and enjoyable.
