Sundays suck. Especially when the Patriots lose. They certifiably suck this year. So sad. There are a lot of haters out there, so enjoy reveling in our misery. I am bored to death tonight so I’m drinking this Southern Tier Old Man Winter Ale.
At first I was baffled by the aroma. Being a winter brew, I was expecting something spicy. The Old Man smells hoppy though.
Upon tasting it, I immediately figured the beer out. It’s another IPA in hiding. An uninteresting IPA at that. It’s got a medium amount of bitter and some low fruitiness. Booooring. Such a shame. I really like Southern Tier. Shortest review in awhile!
