Tomorrow morning I’m getting up at 4:30 to play golf. Yup. That’s 4:30am. Nuts eh? I should probably be in bed instead of reviewing another beer this evening, but screw it. I can always sleep under my desk at work tomorrow.
I’ve really been on a beer reviewing tear recently. I’m hoping you readers are able to keep up!
Tonight’s second beer is Wolaver’s IPA. It’s an American IPA. It’s hoppy, but not overpoweringly so. Still, it’s just like most other beers of this style. I swear, if you put 10 American IPAs in front of me I’d review them all very similarly.
This Wolaver’s has a distinct citrus (pineapple) flavor. I suppose that’s different from the grapefruit I normally taste in American IPAs. Whatevs…it’s an OK beer that I wouldn’t turn my nose up to.
