Happy Monday LIBA readers. I’m starting off my first week free of MBA classes and I’m totally stoked to say I have very few plans each evening this week.
Over the weekend I threw back a bomber of Cambridge Big Man IPA. I tend to like everything that Cambridge Brewery does, which was why I picked up the beer at Julio’s on my last beer run.
The brew was dark for an IPA – a dark, dark amber color. It had a soda-pop-ish head. It started malty, but finished with strong hops. Earthy, grassy and floral hop flavors come through and give a long aftertaste.
This is a decent brew. These earthy IPAs really aren’t my favorite though.
