FRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIDAY! WHOOP WHOOP!
I haven’t reviewed any beer in a couple weeks, so I’m itching to get back to it. I still have a number of posts to do catching up on the beer reviewing party, but those can wait.
I cracked open a bottle of a new beer from Otter Creek – their Hop Session American Pale Ale. For pale ales this one was very hoppy. As it warmed it got more sweet and balanced, nonetheless it was still heavily in the hop corner.
Flavors were varied – Floral and pine when stone cold, with citrus and grassy flavors coming through more after warming. I really enjoyed the brew and wish I had more than one bottle!
