Ridgeway Reindeer Droppings

Ridgeway Reindeer Droppings

Hello, hello! Happy almost-weekend everyone. I am super excited for Saturday to come around, as I’m getting my long-awaited new tattoo. Pictures will most certainly be posted. After 6-7 hours of tattooing, I’ll be coming home to host friends who are coming over to watch some UFC fights. It should be an all around good time.

Tonight I tried another Christmas present from my mom: Ridgeway Reindeer Droppings. As with other Ridgeway beers, props go out for the quality name and logo, although I doubt reindeer skydiving is very animal friendly.

The beer is an English Pale ale, which I have fairly limited experience with. As with other English styles, the English Pale is normally less hoppy than it’s American cousin. This beer is no exception. I got a ton of earthy hops and some caramel malts, with emphasis on earthy. In fact, it was a bit too much for me, as earthy hops are some of my leas favorite.
