Maine Beer A Tiny Beautiful Something

Maine Beer A Tiny Beautiful Something

For the first time in my 15 year professional career, I have Patriot’s Day off of work. The psudo-holiday is recognized in Massachusetts only, and by only a fraction of businesses. And OH MAN, did we get a fantastic day. It’s in the low 70s with a light breeze. Absolutely ridiculous spring weather. I have taken advantage by cleaning my car (desperately needed), taking the dog for a very long walk (he’s now exhausted), hitting the driving range (based on the results, I think it’s time for lessons again) and now hitting the patio with this bottle of Maine Beer A Tiny Beautiful Something.

The brew is an American Pale Ale, and it’s another superb brew from the guys at Maine Beer. The beer is heavy in the citrus hops department and I get a remarkable tangerine flavor that’s so prominent, it’s impossible to miss. A solid malt backbone evens out the hops perfectly, leaving us with a delightfully balanced masterpiece! So damn good. So perfect for a day like today!
