Besides being insanely busy at work and at home, I’m currently completely beat down with some kind of cold-not-a-cold-thing. Yesterday I woke up with crazy body aches that persisted all day. It felt like I had just run 10 miles, with my legs aching in particular. I left work early yesterday, and proceeded to sleep for 13 hours. When I woke up this morning, I was still exhausted and achy, but had many interviews to take care of at work, so worked a full day. Tonight I’m getting by…it’s 7pm and I’m not asleep, so I’m better than yesterday. Weird thing is, other than just a little congestion, I have no other symptoms.
Because I’m under the weather, Melissa is picking up the slack with reviews, keeping the cider train going. At this point, I may need to rename the site “Lost on the apple farm”. In her glass last night, while I was out cold, was Downeast Maple Blend. She had the following to say…
“Really good. The light maple and pecan flavor add a warmth and complexity to the cider. I drank this way too fast and I will definitely purchase again; my favorite from Downeast!”
So yeah, apparently you should go out and get this cider right now. Sorry I missed it.
